Flu Vaccine Community Events

Students enrolled in DoDEA Schools are required to meet immunization requirements.  This includes influenza, administered annually, in the fall season beginning in August with a December 1 deadline. Proof of immunization may be emailed to our school nurse Jessica.McAllister@dodea.edu or brought to the school. 

The flu vaccine can be administered anywhere they are offered. Fort Liberty Department of Public Health offers three community events for 2024.  These events will all be held at Tolson Youth Center on Fort Liberty from 10:00am-2:00pm.

• Friday, November 1
• Saturday, November 2
• Saturday, November 16

Vaccines at these events are available for:

• Beneficiaries ages 3 and up
• Active Duty Service Members
• Retirees

• DA Civilians

  All beneficiaries ages 10 and up MUST have their DOD ID Card to be vaccinated. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present.
