This week's #timetoshinetuesday recognizes Zoey and comes from Cailynn. Cailynn writes, “Zoey is a Marvelous Mustang because she always makes me laugh when I'm sad. She also makes it even fun when we have sleepovers. I'm so happy that Zoey is my best friend.” Congratulations Zoey! Keep shining bright!
